Here’s a cool freebie from the people who work at Spin.com, the magazine dedicated to pretty much everything that has to do with music. If you’re looking for an album review, concert photos, music news or actual music, these guys are an amazing resource for it. Plus, one in a while they release free albums. This time around it is to showcase all the best acts of SXSW 2012.

It is a 26 track album called Austin Power including artists like Blondes, Thundercat, Zola Jesus and Ava Luna, just to name a few. I’m always about finding out about interesting new acts or reading album reviews. I find it’s a great way to kind of know what you’re buying in terms of genre of music. This way you’re rarely disappointed and Spin usually is spot on.
