Hewlett Packard have decided to start offering a diverse catalogue of free online classes at hp.com. While the motives behind this offer are not entirely clear–most likely a marketing strategy–, the selection of courses is bound to peek tremendous interest. Plus, the fact that courses are entirely free is another great incentive.
Divided into three main categories: At Work, At Home and See All Classes, this learning center is filled with practical lessons like a how-to guide about getting started on Twitter or Facebook, fundamental photography techniques, Creating a distinctive identity using business cards and stationery as well as a multitude of other technology related subjects.
These classes come in many formats, including video capsules, PDF files as well as written content directly available on the site and they have been created to be comprehensive for everyone from newbies to tech-savvy individuals.
One could spend hours consulting the many subjects featured in the learning center, and this, completely for free.
