Details: The offer, exclusive to the Home Depot Canada gets customers who print the coupon $3 off any Easter Hydrangea. They are pretty lovely flowers, it’s a shame you can only buy 2 per customer. Even if you print of more than 1 coupon. But you could take a few friends along with you to make multiple purchases. There seems to be 3 different colours to choose from and customers have until the 23rd April 2014 to take it to their local store.
I have never seem people who grow hydrangeas in pots, but according to a leading expert (aka my mother) they can actually be kept there. Normally they grow so fast that they outgrow their pots in 1/2 a season. So here is the trick; simply hollow out the bottom of the pot and place them in a flower bed. So it looks like it is in a pot, but the roots can grow deeper, neat trick. These flowers are quite hardy (as long as you water them) and are known to be good and full bloomers, they fill out a flower bed in no time, and can add a few touches of needed colour.
